Over time, unmet emotional needs don’t simply disappear — they are stored in the body. When the nervous system remains in prolonged states of stress, shutdown, or hypervigilance, it can lead to chronic dysregulation, inflammation, and eventually disease.
In this free workshop, we will explore:
• The science of how emotional suppression impacts the nervous system
• Why unmet needs create long-term stress patterns
• How compassionate communication changes the biology of safety
• A guided experiential practice using the RAIN protocol
You’ll leave with practical tools and a felt sense of what embodied healing actually means.

A 6-Class Online Journey Back to Yourself
Offered quarterly, this six-class live online series is an invitation to come home to your body.
Many of us were never taught how to understand our emotions, calm our nervous system, or how to stay present when life feels overwhelming. Instead, we learned to cope, to push through, or to shut down.
This series offers something different.
It offers a way to pause and listen.
All that has happened in our lives is held in body memory by our nervous system.
When trauma hasn’t been processed, it shapes the way we experience and respond to life.
Our beliefs about ourselves become the story of our lives. Sometimes, the old stories no longer work, and we need new pathways that reflect our values, allowing us to journey in life with awareness, integrity, and love.
What We Explore Together
Over six experiential classes, you will gently learn:
How your nervous system shapes your reactions
The living language of emotions
How to meet ourselves with compassion when we are feeling overwhelmed or disconnected, cultivating steadiness, safety, and coherence. Beyond intellectual learning, the heart of this work is to guide each of us to an embodied practice.

The Heart of the Work: RAIN
Our central framework is the RAIN model, as taught by Tara Brach:
Recognize what is happening
Allow it to be there
Investigate with curiosity and kindness
Nurture the part of you that needs care
Through guided exercises and shared reflection, you will practice staying with your emotional life without abandoning yourself.
By the End of This Series
You will be able to:
• Notice dysregulation before it takes over
• Stay present with difficult emotions
• Shift from survival patterns into grounded awareness
• Understand your reactions through the lens of nervous system wisdom
• Experience embodiment as the quiet mastery of your inner world
This is the foundational path into trauma healing.
It is the beginning of self-trust.
