The Living Waters Apothecary Series is a hands-on workshop series where you’ll learn how to create your own collection of water-based remedies and rituals for everyday healing and self-care.
Grounded in the pioneering research of Dr. Masaru Emoto and Veda Austin, and infused with wisdom from both sacred traditions and cutting-edge science, this series is more than crafting — it is spiritual technology.
Each gathering is attuned to the lunar calendar, amplifying your work with cosmic energies. Through experiential practices that engage the mind and body together, you will learn to:

Meet Your Hosts
Kristen Thomas is a Reiki practitioner and with a Master’s degree in Five Element Acupuncture and a B.S. in Sports Medicine. She blends the wisdom of Chinese medicine with plant-based healing, weaving together modalities like cupping, gua sha, and herbal remedies to restore balance and harmony in the body.
Christianna Deichmann is the founder of the Flower of Life Foundation and an experienced psychosomatic practitioner. With training in massage therapy, craniosacral therapy, and trauma-informed care, she bridges ancient wisdom traditions with modern neurobiology, guiding people to embody soul consciousness and activate their innate healing potential.
Together, Kristen and Christianna bring a unique blend of science, spirit, and hands-on craft to the Living Waters Apothecary Series, creating a space for healing, creativity, and connection with the living intelligence of water.
