Yoga & Sound
Movement and vibration are among life’s most elemental forces. At the Sanctuary, yoga brings movement, breath, and intention together in a practice designed to reconnect body, mind, and spirit. Surrounded by the quiet rhythms of nature—birds, crickets, wind, and spacious silence—our classes offer an experience far removed from the pace of an in-town studio. Each flow settles into an extended sound-bowl Savasana, followed by time to simply linger. Enjoy tea and a snack, rest on the porch or in a hammock, journal, wander the land, or connect with others. There is nowhere you need to rush off to. Stay, integrate, and let the experience settle into the body.

Every Wednesday 5:30-6:45pm. Settle into the peaceful rhythm of the Sanctuary with 60 minutes of guided yoga, designed to awaken the body, deepen the breath, and quiet the mind. Your practice flows into a restorative sound-bowl experience, allowing you to rest and integrate through vibration and stillness.
Afterward, enjoy herbal tea and unstructured sanctuary time. Wander the land, sit beneath a tree, journal, meditate, or simply find a quiet place to be.

Unwind with a 45- or 60-minute guided yoga flow surrounded by the peaceful beauty of the countryside, then continue the experience with a wine tasting at Knight’s Gambit Winery, located right on the property. Move, breathe, and reconnect before gathering over locally crafted wine—a beautiful pairing of movement, nature, connection, and pleasure.
